Cranberry Jello

Dissolve one large cran-raspberry Jello (I like the no sugar one) in 2 cups boiling water
While still hot, add 1 - 16oz can of whole cranberry relish and mix well to dissolve
Add 1 cup water (I include 1/4 cup of orange juice to make up 1 cup)

chop up and add:
1 orange (you can substitute canned mandarin oranges, drained)
1 red apple
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
optional: small can of crushed pineapple, drained
use a 9 X12" glass container
chill and enjoy:>)
very festive and refreshing, especially good at Christmas and holidays.
