|Thai Chai Tea

1 cup nonfat dry milk powder (typically one packet of dry mix)
In a large bowl, combine milk powder, non-dairy creamers, sugar and instant tea. Stir in spices. In a blender or food processor (I use my blender), blend about 1 cup at a time until mixture is the consistency of fine powder. To serve, mix about two heaping teaspoons of Chai mix into a mug of hot water.
Note: After the first batch, adjust to the seasoning you prefer. The cardamom is the classic Thai spice along with the extra zip of the black pepper.
