Membership Renewal Information For TVT Members
In order for a current Tri-Valley Trailblazer member to stay a member in good standing, you must renew your membership annually. To renew your membership for 2017, submit a completed and signed Membership Application Release and Hold Harmless Agreement, incude name and initials on copies of the Safety Policy and Rider Rules, and include appropriate dues. If you want to join the Tri-Valley Trailblazers please download and fill out the Membership Application Release and Hold Harmless Agreement, the Safety Policy and Rider Rules. Be sure and include signing your name and/or initials on all appropriate documents. Include the dues. Mail to the address on the bottom of the application. General meetings are open to all members and guests. The meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of each month at the Livermore Farm Bureau, with the exception of July and December, when club social functions are scheduled in lieu of meetings.
There are two categories of membership: voting and non-voting. Family memberships have no more than two votes, and both voting members must be 18 years or older. A non-voting member is any additional family member beyond the two-vote limit, and anyone under the age of 18.
An application for new membership may be made at any time. An applicant becomes a member upon the submission of a completed and signed Membership Application Release and Hold Harmless Agreement. Fill in your name and initials on the Safety Policy as well as the Rider Rules. Include the appropriate dues (Go to homepage menu bar for documents).
New members are expected to read our Bylaws and to carefully review our Safety Policy and Rider Rules before their first club ride. (Go to Homepage menu bar for documents.)
